Thank you for choosing Hanara Studio. These Terms and Conditions outline how we work, what is expected from both parties, and how we'll proceed through the branding process together. By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Hanara Studio offers branding services tailored specifically for legal professionals, solo practitioners, and boutique firms. This includes strategy, design, and delivery of visual assets aligned with your practice goals.

Each service package includes clearly defined deliverables and timelines, which are outlined in the proposal or agreement before the project's commencement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To keep things moving smoothly, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Submit feedback and approvals within the requested timeframes

  • Respect the agreed project scope and timelines

Delays in communication or missing materials may affect delivery schedules.

3. Payment Terms

Project fees are typically shared upfront and may require a deposit or full payment prior to work commencing. Payments are processed through trusted platforms, such as Stripe or bank transfer.

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started, but every effort will be made to resolve concerns fairly.

Late payments may result in delays or a pause in project activity.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each branding package includes a set number of revision rounds. Any changes beyond the agreed-upon scope or revision count may incur an additional fee or timeline extension and will always be discussed in advance.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment of the invoice. This includes logos, brand assets, and visual materials.

Hanara Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

Editable source files are not provided unless previously arranged.

Work may not be resold, redistributed, or modified by third parties without written consent.

6. Confedentiality

Any firm-related strategies, business details, or internal content shared during the project will be treated with strict confidentiality. These materials are used solely to deliver high-quality branding services.

7. Portfolio & Promotion

We'd love to showcase selected work (with permission) across our website, social media, or case studies. If any part of your project requires confidentiality, please notify us in advance.

8. Third-Party Tools

Certain parts of the project may involve tools or integrations, such as Framer, Notion, Google Workspace, or Stripe. While trusted platforms are used, Hanara Studio is not responsible for its policies, performance, or data handling practices.

9. Termination & Cancellations

Either party may choose to terminate the project early by providing written notice. In such cases:


  • Work completed up to that point remains payable

  • Final deliverables may be limited based on progress and payment status

  • No further work will be completed beyond the termination date unless re-engaged

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (or the applicable jurisdiction where Hanara Studio operates). Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.


11. Updates to Terms

Terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version will always be posted with the revised date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
